How are you getting the old gauges to work with the motor and trans?
Gauges will be simple. Oil pressure I'll run a T off the back of the block so I can run both the efi sensor and the stock (65) gauge pressure sensor.
Water temp is easy enough both the efi and the stock (65) is a one wire resistance ground style so I can just tap into the line. Fuel is easy the EFI kit I bought is built for the old style gauge, (Alt) I haven't looked into yet but I wouldn't think it would be that hard to figure out. Magum Mopar built my efi harness and it's pretty simple and straight forward so I'm not to worried. I think I can muddle through... hahaha
As for the speedo I got that handled. The later 46
re is setup for an elc speedo sensor in the diff. But after some reading I figured out you can take the tail housing and shaft from an 46
RH with the speedo provision (port hole / shaft drive gear) and mate that to the 46
re. Only issue is I still have a plug 2wire on my harness that needs to feed the computer what the speedo drive see's so my plan is to run a hotrod style cruse control sensor 2 wire BAM I'm done :rolleyes:

This is a Hall effect speed sensor. It fits between the trans speedo drive and the cable.
