if you are looking for a project and want to make mprovements, the 20k car is all wrong. Probably lowest mileage I have seen on on. It's a survivor car and that is where the value is. The more you do, the less it's worth. Value is whatever someone will pay, but I don't think he's far off- fair asking price.
