Stop in for a cup of coffee

Use a toothbrush to really scrub the 409 into the surface of the plastic and let it soak on there for about 15 mins keeping wet with respray as needed before final scrub and rinse. Mildew can etch plastic and anchor itself deeply in the plastic surface.
