led tailight bulbs

I'm currently running red LED tail&brake lights in my '73 Dart.
Also tried a number of front turnsignal LEDs but I couldn't get LEDs working together properly on all four corners at the same time. Even with a proper LED turnsignal flasher. So I'm currently just running LEDs at the taillghts.

Just today however I installed a pair of LED headlights, which seemed to be an easy swap-in and consume less power then the regular lightbulbs.
Haven't driven at night yet to see the difference.

Do they look like normal headlights or a bunch of dots?
I bet you need to reverse the polarity to the LED flasher and they'll all work LED. I just went through this with my car. FYI there are usually two flashers. Both need the new LED flashers. Also had to reverse the wires on both flashers on mine but I understand that is not always the case.
