hardened valve seats

Generally how much to have them installed? Depends on your shop. The above cost is probably close, plus a valve job, etc, etc.

How long would valves/seats last without hardened valves seats with a mild cam? All depends. I've had them last for thousands of miles... The less part throttle highway driving the better.

Can I just swap heads at a later date? Certainly.
