CARRERA SLOT CAR TRACK
I bought some more used (and broken) Christmas displays made by LEMAX. I can usually tear them apart, fix them, and then rob the animatronics out to re-purpose on the layout. Here's a picture of one of their animated seesaws. The one I purchased was missing a lot of parts but it was a good candidate to add motion to my flagman.
All I really needed was part of the base with the motor and levers.
I made a mark with a magic marker where I decided to cut it apart.
