That's gonna take custom pistons, not flat-tops, and then you get into unusual chamber shapes

To get to 11/1 with a teener@ 3.94 bore would require a TOTAL chamber volume of 66.2cc,TOTAL. After setting the piston to head distance and setting the Valve to piston.....
All part of the fun building engines.
