Stop in for a cup of coffee

Best I have felt in a while. Worth every nickel I'm paying him.
A few weeks ago I took steps like a little kid , one at a time . Yesterday I did steps skipping every other one.
Wow that's great. My wife had a hip replacement a couple years ago She went to a trainer after rehab and is still going three days a week. I go 5-6 days a week and either workout, or do a tennis drill class where the basically run your *** off for an hour and a half. It beats the treadmill, I HATE the treadmill.
