So never seeing something like that before, im assuming hydraulic driven fan? Thermally controlled by trans fluid temp?
Using the cooler line to run a pump is a great idea.
But,another failure or cause of a failure waiting to happen.
Just my opinion. Another unnecessary part to fail.
