Honestly I feel the car is probably worth 1500 mainly due to it being fairly complete. If he were to clean it up and peal off the bent up grill he could probably sell it easier. The interior actually looks really good except for the headliner. Seats are complete with no rips. Carpet doesn’t have any holes in it. Door panels look ok. Clean it up. Put the hubcaps back on , air cleaner and hook everything up with a battery the car will look better
