Why did Mopar make so many green cars?

I have an FF4 Challenger, I don't think it is that bad of a color, may actually paint it back that color.
Way better than the diaper **** brown my duster came with, and I am painting orange.
Moms old Imperial is triple green and still nice, Sherwood forest green, is still pretty.
Just saying alot of cars were green back there, and also brown.
