How to disassemble the front shock bumpers
Did you remove the nut and washer from the piston shaft? From there you should be able to pull it apart. If it is a little stuburned, put a small scissors jack or friction jack in between the two flanges and give it some pressure. Then cut the inner piston down to about half it's length and slide it back into the outer sleeve. Weld it up
