1969 Dodge Dart GTS

Got my car on the ground and one lug on both fronts won't go on. Drilled wrong? I don't know but they look good. Working next friday through the weekend and getting it going. Getting divorced so I need to have it running. Bringing it up to my other house in Lucerne.
