A-body Trailer hitch
Back in the day they were all just bolted to the bumper and through the spare tire well in the trunk like that. I installed a few of them. I think they were rated at 2000 lbs and 200 lbs tongue weight. When I got this cuda, it had one welded to the frame in two places on each side. I had to cut the rear ones off to mount my exhaust hangers.
