Not a Hemi but a 3.6 V6
Shannon & I have been talking about our 3.6l swaps for a couple years now. I laid a lot of the ground work out in my build thread for oil pan, A/C delete, ect.
72 Dart Swinger 3.6L Pentastar +T5
We'll both be doing exhaust soon. His engine seems to be a good 1.5" or so further to the Left than mine. So on his passenger side, I told him he could get this LX "manifold" off me. It hit my inner fender but should easily clear his
But on the Left side, its going to be a TIGHT squeeze around the Steering coupler. I recently got a Manual Steering box to help out with clearance and his Borgenson and lost 1" it be really tight.
Here was my concept model for a tight "manifold" to skirt around the steering.
two 1-3/4" tight radius elbow into a 2 to 1 collector.
I really like to see what his exhaust guy comes up with. I may have him build me a set too.
