They set preload too tight and bearing on one side only lasted a couple years, should have done the work myself. Spring bushings all good, have you gone under the truck and watched a full lock to lock?

its on a Jeep, no, that's one thing i need to do is find someone to spin the wheel lock to lock for me. ive pryed on the ball joints with a pry bar as well as the tie rod ends. Track bar looks ok, not a lot of free play either. I was thinking maybe a warped rotor but beginning to doubt that even
