The original owner had SSBC brakes installed with a duel master cylinder. The routing of the metal brake lines is a joke. I have a complete set of lines and was wondering if I install them, will I have trouble, interference issues, with the 2 lines and new brake block?

If I remember correctly , I had to loosen up the proportioning valve block that is anchored to the frame and just push it over for a little more clearance maybe a 1/4". That's it. I had a single brake master on it. I'll bet you can tweak those lines and all will be fine.
