Pusher - Shroud after or no?

Shrouds around fans are simply to prevent the fan blades from being able to 'throw' air out sideways instead of through the rad. Putting on on the opposite side of the rad from the fan wouldn't really do anything. Even if you can get some sort of shroud the same depth as your electric fan that helps force the air through the rad rather than sideways, that would be better.
