Stop in for a cup of coffee

When they repaired the ligament in my knee and did the orthoscopic at the same time, ice was my closest friend, that and the Aleve/naproxen. I took 1 Oxysumthin, that was enough. It still hurt but I didn't care. In my case keeping the swelling to a minimum seemed to be the key. Hence the success of the naproxen and the ice. I had about 4 bags of frozen peas that I rotated for ice packs. The 6" long incision was no picnic. That's a lot of itch you can't scratch without opening it back up. The Ace bandage was handy to tie the ice bags on, Zip Ties always got caught up in stuff . First few days were the worst.
