Spinning studs on barracuda grill, any tricks?

I just went through this on my 68. I soaked them
With some pb blaster which helped a couple. Then I broke out the propane torch and heated them. Once hot I hit them with some more pb blaster. And tried getting the nuts off. This took care of all but three of them. With those I heated them, pb blaster and then held th very top of the threads with a pair of linesman’s pliers while breaking the nut loose with a wrench. I was able to remove all of them this way with only a few minor burns from touching the hot part. All in all it took about an hour to get them out.
