Spinning studs on barracuda grill, any tricks?

Ok, let me be very specific. I'm trying to remove the grilles from the header panel. For those that don't know there's 3/8" nuts on BLIND STUDS. In other words the studs are not accessible.

I thought you meant if they were already off the car and the stud was spinning in the track.
