Here in the States you can own with out a license both, but to own a full auto you must have a license. I let mine expire because I can't shoot straight and wasted a lot of ammo.
I like my pistol the most because a long accurate shot is hard to do with a pistol for me .
I am not a good shot in anything I shoot, and am not the best at anything just consider me half assed.
