Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap

Did some trouble shooting as to why it wouldnt fire up. Turns out the relays were bad for the ECU and fuel pump. 12v input good, 12v output bad. So i jumpered 12v to the pump side of the relay and it came on wide open. Also discovered I have a leak at the tank somewhere so I have to Investigate that too.
