turbo build/ mild restore

ok so it turns out that it wasn't 8psi. I kinda forgot to hook up my vacuum line from my turbo to my wastegate so I was almost 20psi. Was wondering why the turbo took so long to build boost, it was blowing out of the nipple on the housing.
