Anybody building/ racing a First gen Dakota??

I have a 87 LB 4wd. I put a 8.8 out of a explorer in mine.... Here is a link to the swap. Installed a 8.8 rear and more!! - DodgeForum.com
In addition, I put a nv3500 transmission, and plan this winter to put a 5.9 magnum in it.
The swap is about as straight forward as a swap can be. The explorer rear is about 2.5 in. narrow compared to the orig. 8.25 in the truck.
