I wanted to buy the 10,000 sf building, I was renting, from the owner, I knew. A year before I approached him about buying it, I called him, and told him that the EPA was snooping around it, about an old 1,000 steel fuel tank buried out front. Yep...sure enough, he called an abatement company out to excavate the tank, and dispose of contaminated soil. 6 months later I bought the building from him, after he replaced the roof, because, I told him it was leaking......:thumbsup::thumbsup:
