Red Headed Stepchild-75 Swinger LSX Swap

Doing some more troubleshooting today. But right now it seems more like throttle body, ecu, or issues with the harness I made. But I'm wringing out the harness to rule it out anyway. Have to get this P0641 code and then try to start it up after that. I know I'm missing 5v at the pil pressure sensor for sure.
