Morning Fred...high blood pressure is a silent killer so keep it in check. Mine is always good around 110/80 on average and I don't take any meds for it so I'm very lucky. My wife's blood pressure is high so she takes two meds for it but her cholesterol is very low. Maybe the blood pressure thing is from me lol.
Could have also been White Coat Syndrome. I think everyone's blood pressure rises when they go to the Dr. thinking something could be wrong. My blood pressure rises when I hear that rubber glove go snap lol
