68 barracuda 383s "Driver Paint Resto"

Looks good. You have the sore fingers, but the satisfaction of your job well done will last for many many years. It would be great if every one of us could afford/justify sending our projects to a good body shop. I personally have NO problem with people that send their car off for paint,.... I just ask that the guys that send their cars off for paint, do not put down the work us DIY guys like me do! LOL

Nothing like freshly painted steelies. .
The guy that painted the car did blast and paint them but me being me was not happy with them so I reblasted them and painted them my self. Very happy with the results.

Thanks Dave
Love to be at Moparfest . But to dam busy.
And still in search of 1 bumper for cuda.
I don't know how old this thread is, but I`ve had a 68 bumper laying in my barn for about 10 yrs. Will probably need rechromed or sandblasted and painted now---------------

Thanks but I actually picked up a bumper last week..

I finally had time to detail the engine bay (after 7 months)..
It still needs a few touch ups but overall pretty happy.
