So true Fred every time they sell the car they collect tax on it .
Wouldn't it be interesting to know how much tax a car collected from the time it left the assembly line to the day it gets crushed? Personally...I think a big item like that should have a limit on the tax you have to pay when buying them. A 500 dollar tax on a brand new car should be the limit and then depletes the older it gets. In Canada we pay 13% on an already overpriced POS. G.M. builds cars right here in town and then they are shipped to you guys in the south and we pay a lot more than you do. How fair is that?
