Does anyone recognize these particular Torque Thrust style wheels?

Lots of companies offer a Torquethrust/Bullitt style wheel, including Ford OEM of course.

The wheels on this Ford look just right for a pro touring kind of machine. Does anyone recognize this particular wheel?

Do they come with that finish or is that custom?
