This new car has what I would consider a much better outer skin, look mostly to be untouched. The sub panel where it meets the underside of the trunk gutter is a little crusty between the 2 sections, but I believe this is the better panel.

The rust bubbles you have just under the trim are the top of the quarter. The other two pops you have look to be what ever they used on the seam comming loose. Depending on what it really looks like you may be best to have both seams redone and just addresss the rust issue on the top ot the quarter
