Stop in for a cup of coffee

Not 'one step bigger' but the next size above the calculation. You don't want it right on the number or less and you never want any piece of equipment to run on endlessly. Slightly oversized will wring out the humidity just fine.
I have had discussions with the engineer and the estimator. Both agreed that "next size up" was used all to much years ago. Then again in 20 years when your unit needs replaced the next bigger unit is now 2 sizes too big. Most of the new units have variable displacement compressors and variable speed fans. with temp, humidity, and air speed sensors. The unit only runs as strong as it needs to.
