post your 9second and quicker combo's here!
Pretty sure I didn't post this one here but it was a fun relatively cheap build. Like I said I hope I didn't post this one but it was easier than messaging the build.
This .030 over block went through 3 rebuilds and the bores were so bad I wore out a new set of stones trying to clean them up. I started out with W2 heads and pump gas going 9.80's before both heads cracked right by the W2 on the exhaust side of the head where they were prone to cracking on the Econo heads. Then it went 10.30, 10.20's and finally into the 10 teens. On the third rebuild it was updated to my best set of Edelbrock heads with 2.08 valves (now on my sons 360) a JUNK Super Victor that came around with many hours of work, a used 660 lift roller cam, comp lifters, 850 alcohol carb that was switched over by APD, K1 4 inch crank, K1 rods, milidon oil pan, 1 7/8 Hedmen headers. No tricks, nothing fancy and even the heads were the unwanted open chamber style Edelbrock heads I bought damaged and repaired.

One of my favorite pictures from Fathers Day this year the track Photographer caught. My Son in front with me pulling in the water box. I was shocked when he shared this one with me.
