I don't think so. Repair or recover. Does the glass have to comne out to get the pad off?

Look at the wheel and the pedal pads, I am really convinced this has 6K on it. Hope DMV can help me out on it.

But its got seat covers and been repainted..something is odd.
The seat covers in my 67 were like that.
