No, the Trick Flow 270 heads use a standard rocker so that saves you money on the rocker arms. Also, the TF 270 head uses a longer valve with a taller spring so you can run more lift. The Victor head has a short installed height. Talk to Brian and see what he says. If the Victor heads are unported and new in the box you might be better off selling them and buying the TF heads but see what Brian says. Do you have offset rockers already? If so then that is more money already spent so that will factor into the equation.
You can make what you have work but it is going to take some work by a good engine guy. The Trick Flow stuff pretty much bolts together right out of the box.
