cuda620, the flex plate came with the Wilcap adapter. For the torque converter, I told my rebuilder to get me a non-lockup 2800 stall that would handle around 400 - 450 horsepower. He sourced it for me and had it when I picked up the trans.

I had the convertor builder add 3/8" to the three convertor mounting pads because the wilcap set up makes you have to pull the convertor too much towards the engine which doesn't give you as much pump engagement. With the extra 3/8" on the pads you get full engagement of the pump splines. Treblig
