will Edelbrock LD4B intake bolt on to a stock 1964 318 poly

I'm currently in the process of putting a dual quad intake on my 67 Satellite with a poly. Canadian versions had the poly in 67. I'm anxious to see what improvements I can get from this. Heads have been warmed over too. Has a slightly hotter regrind cam, but debating on putting something bigger in.
