When you cook your corn, however you choose to do it....stand it up and cut the corn off the cobb with a knife. Discard the cobb. Then mix in about a tablespoon full of peanut butter with the hot corn. Don't turn your nose up and say yuck until you try it! I'm a picky eater food snob, and I like it every now and then after I tried it.
