Stop in for a cup of coffee

Sous Vide. So you take meat, put it in a water proof bag, put the machine into the water and it cooks it, won't and can't overcook it. Then you finish it off on the grill. Meat is usually seasoned in the bag but I like to put some more on when it's getting "finished off" on the grill. If you don't do that it looks like boiled meat....which it kind of is. I like it for some things, a little less for others.
As long as its finished on the grill, sounds good to me. What time should we all come over to try it?
