I had a problem with Speedway a few years ago with a small car part. Took seven days to travel 60 miles.
Called and asked with the horse had gone down bringing it to me. The guy said huh??
Told him it took a full week to get my part to me, and it was the wrong part. He was all over it though.
I sent it back on their dime, they gave me my money back, plus sent me the right part.
That won't happen very often.
yeah, they ended up giving me a store credit, not much of one. Couple bucks worth.I didn't care about the credit, i just want my dang bumper so I stop getting pulled over. Which is what happened this morning and why this topic came up lol.
