You are spot on. Thanks to this reply and the others since last night, I made up my mind and acted.

I walked into the CEOs office and told him flat out what my new rules are. I am the expert, you are not...and you will not crawl up my *** pretending you know more than I do any more. From now on, I speak and you listen.

If you don’t respect my 30 years of experience with 10 new drugs approved worth over $5 billion dollars and start playing by my rules...then you have 2 choices.

First, fire me. Second, I hand you my resignation right now.
