Sounds like a good place to live. Our neighbourhood is very quiet considering it's near the downtown area. We have a new neighbour that both he and his son's drive loud Harleys and the son has a Chev truck that is really loud and now the father just bought a 73-74 Charger with a loud exhaust. The son is our 5:05 am alarm clock. I'm usually up at that time but the bride is still fast asleep or trying to be. So far, we don't have too many break-ins so makes for a good neighbourhood.
