sleepers....how fast and how plain before it is one?

i don't think i sleeper has to run a certain time in the quarter. basically it should surprise you when you race it.. should be faster then expected... it looks like a regular run of the mill transportation vehicle or a pile of **** but runs well...

this is a friends car.. not a 9 second car or anything but a sleeper in my mind (think it would play the part better with chrome numbers though). its hard to tell its mini tubbed, you wouldn't expect a bigblock under the hood and it even has a little pee shooter exhaust tip at the bumper..lol
