The small town that I work in called Cando is starting to get a few gang members and the guys that take care of maintenance for the town recently found needles in the storm drains.
Every one knows every one around here so we all know who is doing all the crap in town and hoping that it gets taken care of soon.
Last year we had some transvestites. I think that's what you call them, men that dress up like women anyway. we ran them out of town after about 3 mounts.
I can't figure out how anyone would want to be in a gang going around causing problems and killing others.
