Good morning. It was so nice seeing Late Models at the track last night :steering: even though there were only 5 of them. Just not many left in SoCal anymore. A local highway contractor that has been doing the Lucas Late Model tour was there he was smokin' fast. Not many sprints either, even though there were no other sprint events in the immediate area. Back home by 9:30, far cry from the 1AM returns of the recent past. Program moves fast when there are only 8 heat races rather than 15-20. All good. WalMart is taking donations for Florence relief, they match dollar for dollar the donations up to $5M.

Wish we had a track around here, I guess people are into other things here, Civil War reenactments, history, hard to know since we have some many newcomers, me included.
Weird feeling to have your phone unusable. I hear alerts that people are calling and texting, but I can't answer or see who it is. Hope the repair place can fix it. Otherwise I will be at Wal-Mart getting a cheap phone for now and to use as a spare. I get my sister's Apple hand-me-downs.
