Combination change, what would i gain?

been thinking about going with new trick flow heads, and still considering doing so.
That said, i currently have a combo that is ultra consistent. Would like to go faster, and intend to race more next year, probably race points at my local track
Currently have a very basic, all stock 360 shortblock, stock rods, pistons and crank.
Am using moderately ported eddies that have been milled to 57cc. Provides 10.3 ish compression. 1 5/8 Dougs headers, 950 carb, airgap, 8 inch convertor that i missed on( will need readjusted) cam is 260/264 565/ 565 with my 1.5 rocker gear. Likely a bit too big admittedly. Car runs typically 11.40’s in the summer, has been 20’s in excellent air....

Now my question.........

Were i to take my cam, headers, carb, etc with either my current intake or perhaps change to a victor, and swap all of it into/ onto a 12.6 ish compression zero deck flattop 418 shortblock
340 40 over, scat forged 4 inch crank and rods, icon forged flattops...... what would the car be likely to pick up?
Know the cam will be liked better, headers will likely be too small, and will adjust convertor to suit.
I can do all this for virtually no money, because i want to rewire car and do some engine bay freshening this offseason, and i already have the shortblock sitting around in wait.
Thoughts on likely performance gain?
