I’ve done this swap on my 72 Dart. It can be done on a budget but takes some time to plan out Took me a solid week to do it that’s because I was trying to figure out what will work as far as fitment and parts. Overall it’s great, cheap 5spd swap that made the car more fun to drive and gets better gas mileage. Nice write up Dartslantsix! A lot of the stuff dartslantsix did I had to do also. 2wd Ax15s can be found in 90s jeeps also 65 dartman but the transmission mount is in a different location and you’d have to change the belhousing in order for it to work and also use the correct flywheel.
