And yeah that old unit is in a crisis right now. My section alone, since I've transferred, has gone from 12 persons to 3, an e7,e6 and an e4 and two of those ets by years end. Unit has a whole is barely averaging a 12 percent extension rate. State average is just under 50 percent .
