I got it working. I adjusted the seat bottom more forward and there is enough clearance now for all the parts. I want to add some rubber cushions so it wont rattle around going down the highway. I also added some red cloth so you don't see the white floorboard between the seat bottom and seat back when it is upright. Looks better now. I would like to change the latch on one side to the long style, so if anyone has a 60-62 Valiant, or 61-62 Lancer latch, let me know.
